Cashback is calculated based on the weekly net loss — that is, total amount lost minus total amount won. Example: a Gold tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. VIP tier may change based on ongoing activity and contributions.
